What we collect, and why
Tamise AI is run from London by a small team, and this page says plainly what happens to your information. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tamise.ai and a person will answer.
What we collect
- Your email address, used to sign you in (we send one-time codes rather than storing passwords) and to send you your reports.
- The business details you give us when you run a report: the business name, website address and, if you provide it, a Google Maps link.
- The reports we generate: the questions we asked, the AI answers we collected, and the analysis built from them. These stay attached to your account so you can revisit them.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
How a report uses your information
Generating a report means asking real AI assistants about businesses like yours. To do that, the business name and publicly available information about the business (your website content, your public listings) pass through the services that power the report: the AI providers we test against (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI), and the services we use for research (Google Places, TripAdvisor, and the Firecrawl website reader). Your email address is never sent to any of them.
The platform itself runs on Vercel, stores data with Supabase (Postgres), processes report jobs with Inngest, and sends email through Resend. When paid checkout is on, payments are handled by Stripe: card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
How long we keep things
Your account and reports are kept while your account is active, so your history and progress over time stay useful to you. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your account data and reports, normally within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tamise.ai for any of these and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so plainly here rather than burying it. Last updated: August 2026.
